カリフォルニア州南部の山林火災、少なくとも5人が死亡、多数が負傷【動画】

アメリカ・カリフォルニア州南部にある複数の地域で、激しい山林火災が発生し、多くの被害が出ている。

複数の地区で激しい火災が発生

カリフォルニア州ロサンゼルスにある、パシフィック・パリセーズ地区では、これまでに1万5000エーカー（約6070ヘクタール）以上が焼失し、数万人が避難。火災により少なくとも300棟の建物が破壊され、1万3300棟以上が危険にさらされているという。

またパリセーズ地区から数キロ離れた町、Altadenaでも1万エーカー（約4047ヘクタール）が焼失し、サンフェルナンドの町の北東で発生した火災でも、少なくとも700エーカー（約283ヘクタール）を焼失したそうだ。

他の場所でも火災が発生しており、メディアのSNSにも、様々な火災の状況が投稿されている。

In Altadena, California, a firefighter consoled a dog wandering the charred streets with one hand, while also working to extinguish the flames engulfing the neighborhood with the other.
