タイ内閣は2024年12月11日（水）、15%のグローバル最低法人税率を多国籍企業に適用するための法案を承認したと、直接の情報を持つ2つの情報筋が述べました。バンコクポストが報じています。

経済協力開発機構（OECD）が推進する新しいルールの下では、年間のグローバル売上高が7億5,000万ユーロ（7億8,960万米ドル）を超える多国籍企業に対し、その所在地に関わらず、最低15%の税金が課されることになります。

ロイターに話した情報筋は、メディアに話す権限がないため、匿名を条件にしたとのことです。

タイの法人所得税率は現在20%に設定されていますが、タイ投資委員会（BOI）からのインセンティブを受ける企業に対して最大13年間の税金免除を提供しています。

なお、ベトナムの国会は昨年、グローバル最低税率を承認しました。

Duterte said he is "always mindful" of what he had promised. "When I was running during the elections, if you can recall I only promised five. I will try to eliminate or finish all shabu industry. I think I was not able to finish because every minute there is a stupid guy around to do again the and I said, I also take care of law and order.. "I am happy that almost all of the projects are completed, utilized and the others are about to be finished, ongoing and I hope that by the end of my term, which is just about seven months away, everything will be completed," he said.
