バンコクエアウェイズ、2024年世界ベスト地域航空会社で1位にランクイン

世界的な航空輸送調査会社であるスカイトラックスは、100カ国の2,100万人の顧客から満足度調査を集め、約350の航空会社を評価しました。

■世界最高の航空会社2024～バンコクエアウェイズ 27位、タイ国際航空 33位、ANA 4位、JAL 6位

その結果、タイのバンコクエアウェイズが2024年の世界ベスト地域航空会社（ World’s Best Regional Airlines 2024）の中で1位に選ばれました。タイ広報局が2024年6月30日に伝えています。

地域航空会社（Regional Airlines）のカテゴリには、国内便や飛行時間が6時間以内の国際便を運航する航空会社が含まれます。さらに、バンコクエアウェイズは2024年の世界トップ100航空会社のリストで27位にもランクインしました。

この調査では、予約、チェックイン、搭乗、機内設備、キャビンサービスなど、地上から空までの顧客の旅行体験が評価されました。

また、同じ調査で、タイ航空は2024年の世界トップ100航空会社の中で33位に、さらに2024年の世界ベスト航空会社キャビンクルーで8位にランクインしました。これは、キャビンスタッフの総合的なパフォーマンスが最も優れた航空会社を評価するものです。

Bangkok Airways Ranks 1st in World’s Best Regional Airlines 2024
Skytrax, a leading global air transport research company, gathered satisfaction surveys from 21 million customers from 100 countries, comprising around 350 airlines.
In the results, Bangkok Airways of Thailand was recognized as 1st among the World’s Best Regional Airlines 2024, which includes airlines that operate domestic flights or international flights traveling not over six hours. Moreover, the airline was also ranked 27th in the list of the World’s Top 100 Airlines 2024.
The survey assessed customers’ travel experiences from ground to air, such as booking, check-in, boarding, onboard facilities, and cabin service.
In addition, in the same survey, Thai Airways was ranked 33rd among the World’s Top 100 Airlines 2024 and 8th for the World’s Best Airline Cabin Crew 2024, which looks for airlines with the best all-round performance of cabin staff.
The recognition and success of the two Thai airlines will further enhance tourism in Thailand, thanks to the qualities and services of its national airways.
