I thought this was going to be intermediate level but I was wrong… this is by far the most HARDEST origami I’ve ever done and it took me 2 hrs :C and it the face was so hard to get right it didn’t turn out very nice but if you are reading this, just know that for me it was SUPER hard and I am pretty good at origami soo.. :/

all designs on this channel are simple which makes them too adorable….and this cat , i have folded it so many of them i have a cat army , it has the perfect amount of details required, it doesn’t try to get too realistic ,while folding i realize the amount of thinking and experience required to design this…this cat by muneji fuchimoto and the robin by david brill are the cutest origamis and most satisfying to fold for me

at 7:19 i quitted it, maybe my paper’s too thick. i’ll try again if i can buy another paper but thinner than the paper i use right now.

this was 100% the hardest piece of origami i’ve ever done and i ALMOST gave up several times, but it looks adorable now it’s finished, thank you for the tutorial! (and the calming music to help me through the stress of making it lol)

At 11:38, where you’re folding the back flap of the left ear back, the cat’s little ‘sideburn’ vanishes. Where does it go, and what exactly is happening to cause that? I can’t seem to replicate that moment no matter how often I watch that part again, so some further elaboration would be helpful

Really appreciate this. Origami are my fav childhood activity. When i was in elementary school, the hardest origami that i made is the fox mask or i dont know how to call it hahaha. But today i try to make this cat for my daughter, a next level origami and become the hardest so far 🤣. Hope someday i could try it all for my lovely daughter 😁

I have an idea. When you get to the hard parts at the end like the head. Don’t fly through it!! You explain how to fold a paper in half in detail yet fly through the hard parts.

definitely a challenge to fold while high as a kite. managed to accomplish the task on my second try, had lots of fun. Cute result.

3:53 i quite literally have the exact same folds as them and the part that juts out like a crane’s head looks fine but from there it goes downhill – the rest of the body doesn’t fold into a neck and a body even though it follows the same folds, it just turns into a huge weird trapezoid with folds in it
does anybody know how to fix this?

Ca commence à devenir compliqué arrivé aux pattes…la tête n’en parlons pas. Si un français passe par là et a des conseils je suis preneur.
Le tuto va un peu vite je comprends pas les plis de la tête. Après j’imagine mieux vaut partir sur une feuille 20×20 ? La je suis parti sur du 15×15 et c’est trop petit pour faire les détails de manière minutieuse
