EDIT: After 404 hours of gameplay, the game is fun and i think how the skill leveling up tree is great HOWEVER I got banned 3 days ago on the accusation of BOTTING. I HAVE A 1 MILLION PLUS FAME on gathering (fame is exp) and for new players that’s a lot. I’m gatherer by trait like every other game. So i guess farming every for 1 and half hours everyday while watching youtube on the second monitor is considered as botting. FFS. Have tried to appeal the ban via email but no response. They even block my phone from review the app. SO HERE I AM and to make matters worst. I have JUST bought a 30 days premium via with 300 USD worth of gold (+ skins and a couple 100 usd at least more because i see the potential is in this game).

YOU HAVE TO USE META WEAPONS to defend yourself in PVP zones or face getting rekt in seconds and to stack that the META weapons are EXTREMELY expensive (which is fine to a certain extent) HOWEVER the to craft and gather the specific resource in order to craft use weapon/armor top tier is GATE KEPT( along with 80% of the game’s content) by MANY GUILDS (they camp the zones 24/7). You risk everything in your inventory to even attempt the journey to said zones. Granted it doesn’t cost much but in gathering gear you STAND NO CHANCE AGAINST PLAYERS IN PVP GEAR (usually come in a group of 3-10 so even the BEST OF THE BEST GEAR WILL NOT SAVE YOU). If you go with combat gear you’re basically crippling yourself on the gathering buff.

65 hours: If you’re not into PVP and can’t vibe with cut throats (certain guilds) then do not bother downloading. Granted the game is fun at first however definitely recommend watching a guide before anything else as the game is fairly punishing when you don’t know what you’re doing as you progress pass mid tier, it becomes very grindy. The game forces you into pvp in mid-upper tier zones. Btw for context, blue and yellow are safe zones whereas red and black are full loot zones. Market is pretty much controlled by the “Cartel” so dont bother opening public crafting lots (They’ll drain you via free methods, translation you loss a lot of in game money)

Players attacking you mid gathering in a yellow zone (dont lose gear but silver for repairing) just for the heck of it becomes annoying after awhile. In higher tier zones (red and black), gankers roam the area waiting for you to pass through and burst you down and loot everything you have. (recommend cheap gear to save on cost)
OR
You can prog in safer zones where resource nodes are mostly camped by players essentially making it harder to farm although in rare cases, players might attack you mid gathering just for the heck of it or just to remove you from the node.

TLDR; snail pace prog in save zones OR risk your gear in pvp zones AND TRUST NO ONE or bring friends you trust along.

“in exchange of favor” every player that spend time in the mist should be able to get the items listed, i am solo YZ player with more than 1000 hours over the last 3-4 years, why should i get favor to get mist items? there should be mist currency similar to faction currency, otherwise i am not motivated to free wisps and clear camps (other than the cache chests which they are now introduced)

I can’t really believe how you actually tried and finally made the game unplayable for solo and small scale players. I’m quite sad because it had me quit the game after years of waiting for some improvement. now you just have a mobile p2w game after all the changes you have done in the mists, not enjoyable at all because of either t4 or 8.3/4 rats roaming around. roads should have had a disarray but you’re not making it as well, a place where scale needs to be small. i hope you like how your wallets look now. goodbye, albion.

Please fix gathering bot problems in East Server. Currently, there are tons of gathering bots, especially for hide material. They are thriving and getting out of hands. It ruins the economy and experience on playing the game.

Why is there no keybind to target the nearest enemy player and mob. I find it clumsy to click on enemies just to aim when it could be better to use a keybind like almost all mmos do.

Item’s in you’re bag shouldn’t be damaged when doing any content also players should be allowed to have a shield after exiting a solo or group dungeon in red or black zones

because you don’t put lighter graphics (mainly skills) they are very heavy, it’s not drop fps, but freeze loading of poorly optimized skills

I swear the control keys for movement has been as issue for me since day one and probably why I didn’t play a lot. Good to know it’s finally addressed because its annoying to get chased down by 5 people while in a mount and for some reason a misclick to a resource node is the reason why you dismounted and got killed.

Thank heaven for repairs in the Marketplace! Most of this patch is focused on people who do PVP though. I rarely go into the rz or bz for long enough to earn much favor- before getting ganked by a mob of players…

They finally did it, the transparent map.

Been playing Albion sporadically for almost 10 years now, but since about 2018 my desire to continue has waned a lot. The last hope I had for this game was the faction rework but that ended up falling short. I just don’t have the time or patience anymore to stand around waiting for party members to get their shit together. Would rather just go join a faction zerg and dive into some casual zvz but even that isn’t really an option.

Rework your shitty combat if you want new players to stay.
Played like one or two weeks, every weapon is a freaking copy paste, most weapon abilities have zero thought process behind their use, just spam your shit on cooldown, press that Q every 2 secs for the sake of doing finger gym, it’s so fucking dull.
Wouldn’t mind too much if it was, say, one ability among 15 others but nah, there’s 6 buttons in total. 3 of which are just here for finger gym, and don’t matter at all.

The only weapons that have a bit of personality are caster staves, everything else is bland and insipid.

Game is also Healers and Rangers paradise. Playing melee is a nightmare here, there’s range abilities that can hit from BEYOND THE EDGES OF YOUR SCREEN, HELLOOOOOOO

Much respect to you guys you make actual amazing updates and one hell of a game!

Unfortunately customer service is still garbage, many players quit because of them. the dungeons are still garbage and premium just keeps getting hire. so many left after the new server theres no fresh meat coming and which means no more revenue coming in since most players already have an established currency and dont need to spend.

I have the N zone map rebound to tab so I can flick it up and down easily for navigation. Had it like that since like 2018. The new transparent overlay map is so great! And the offscreen enemy selection clickable is my dream. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been above an enemy in corrupted and feel like I’ve struggled simply because the enemy was able to target me faster due to being able to see my character geometry faster. What a great update.

Good morning from what I understand I will be able to play with WASD on my keyboard if this is true this is one of the best and biggest improvements ever made in the game I repeat if I can play with WASD this will be an unprecedented level of evolution in the game I do not care for the other things being able to move around in WASD because that gives balance in PVP those who play on the joystick or cell phone will play those who play only with the mouse will have their configuration and finally those who play with WASD will have their chance this is wonderful, if I really can playing with WASD I don’t even have words to describe happiness, about the other updates of the game I would have a counterpoint that would be the mists have to be something rare to find, chests not being shown on the map because the player likes surprises of finding something the mystery the discovery this is wonderful, you walk around the map and suddenly you find the chest, but not the chest that is showing on the global map, a chest that nobody knows is there, in the little corner in the middle of the Stones, and you that you saw or else you enter a dungeon there are three and find there a chest inside another chest you know that surprise element of mystery magic and that is missing in the game, because everything is shown you have a chest it is shown in the game, if there is one ore is shown on the map everything is shown, there is not that element of discovery, but as if I can play with WASD I don’t care about anything else, but what needed the mystery element needed would be very cool.
And finally, I would like to apologize for my aggressiveness, in the last posts, I put problems here, but I didn’t put solutions, so I mentioned about the issue of players who are PK I found the solution, for them, you explained that PK players are necessary for the economy of the game, I completely agree, my counterpoint is that the player who is PK has no interest in acquiring the prize due to him stealing from other players, so what is the solution? The PK player would be forced to buy prize why? If he does not acquire Premium and he kills a player, he only has 20% of the loot of the player he killed, if the PK player does not have a prize and he kills the player who has a prize, he only receives 20% of the loot, and the player who has a prize only loses 50% of the loot for being killed by a PK without a premium, this would not only help to increase the game’s income and would force the player who is PK to buy a prize, if the player is PK he has the independent prize whether the player has a prize or does not lose everything is killed by a PK with a prize or loses everything, it would be the perfect balance everyone would win this would be my counterpoint about PK players who do not buy a prize.

New capes: Amazing!

Ho to hq in roads with no Token: Meh… Not a Fan. I still think you should have to make an effort in order to have an HQ.

Roads and Mists changes aside from that: Amazing

New mounts: Just plain bad. Noone in their right state of mind should ever use them. You never trade a debuff for speed you get a different Mount if you need that. Legi Owl ability is fine but not worth it when we have Gallant horses and Bridgewatch Striders.

Oh and of course: Albion east was and is a mistake. You had the chance to do it better but you didnt

I’m pretty much brand new to the game, and this update addresses some of the issues I’ve come across in the early game. Transparent map and repair at the marketplace are annoying problems I’m glad to see gone, and I feel much more inclined to try my hand at the mists objectives knowing there are guaranteed rewards from it. Everyone ganking me will be so happy!!

But really, seems to address a whole range of issues and provides content for all ranges of players. Really appreciate this update

I live in Asia and was so HYPED because of East server, but somehow it has almost the same ping (230) as West server…unplayable

I wish we could have the old two players portals and solo dungeons back on the avalon roads. It’s still the only roaming solo content for solo players even now after SBI trying to make the avalon roads a small scale content and after mists came out. Avalon roads are still the only content that a solo players can go in and explore roaming, doing PVE/PVP deep in the maps for hours, not knowing what we will find. That is the best feeling that the Mist will never give to us. Just look at the avalon roads, still full of solo players

What about increasing the drop from chests in Solo Dungeons (and maybe also making them more interesting) ? it is a joke to get items that worth 2k-5k silver when you can just kill 1-2 mobs in black zones that give the same amount of silver… You are constantly ignoring this feature of the game.

since this game now have eastern server, it should also add item with Eastern theme for example adding Katana in sword branch or Ninja attire in Assassin branch.

As a solo player i always get killed by group in red zone…plus i can’t make any group from my region (India) since there are vary few player.

Like if 2 or more player gangs up on some one , there should be a auto invisibility ,instead of paying 10k for invisibility potion every time .

Dear Game Developer, for Albion Online Mobile, please fix the battery drain

Won’t come back until price of premium is back to something reasonable. There are just other bigger, better, similar games which are way cheaper to play and progress in. I wonder how much the player count dropped with that recent-ish update to increase the already crazy 30d premium price.
But I have to admit those QoL updates are really great.
